ORDERS

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

SHIPPING AND LOCAL PICKUP
Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Local pickup orders must be collected from the location specified in the pickup notification. Customers should bring their order confirmation when collecting an order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy before completing a purchase.
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days. Merchandise must satisfy all return-condition requirements. Approval of a return request does not guarantee a refund because returned merchandise must first be received and inspected.
A flat $8.95 return-shipping fee and any nonrefundable original shipping charges may be deducted from an approved refund, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
